Toby brings a strong academic foundation and specialized expertise to the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice. He earned his Bachelor’s degree Summa Cum Laude in Legal Studies from Kaplan University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University. He further advanced his legal education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from Western Michigan University, giving him a deep analytical skill set that strengthens his approach to complex planning and administration matters. Mr. Sirois is committed to delivering thoughtful, strategic counsel tailored to each family’s unique needs in wills, trusts, and probate.
